The Electronic Frontier Foundation has a class action lawsuit against Sony BMG for the flawed digital rights management (DRM) they have been using to restrict consumer's use and reuse of the music they have purchased. EFF is in the process of negotiating a settlement with the defendant.They are seeking members of the class that want to file a claim as part of the settlement. If you think you might be eligible to participate in the lawsuit as a member of the class they also have posted a list of affected CD's and have a description of benefits.
