From the release "Out From The Silence" comes the fast paced electronic journey Velo-city. Recorded in 2005, it was released into the commons on the 23rd of June, 2007.Technology of Silence is from the Russian Federation, and releases their music on Kaos Ex Machina, a Polish netlabel connected with a web magazine of the same name. This is the first time I've come across the netlabel, and it looks like I'll be digging through 26 releases as "Out From The Silence" is #27.
